Linda Saltiel is a patent attorney having over 20 years of experience in patent enforcement, preparation of patent and trademark applications, strategic patent portfolio development and management experience within numerous technologies including software, imaging, communication systems, electronics, aerospace, medical devices, batteries and life sciences innovations. Prior to her legal career, Linda was a design engineer. She has lectured for law firms and technology companies in various areas of patent and trademark prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement strategy and risk assessments across a variety of industries, and has been recognized by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for contributing to the technical education and professional advancement of USPTO employees.
Linda graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University and received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, Illinois and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
