Ramey LLP on behalf of VDPP, LLC, has filed a law suit this time against HMD AMERICA, INC. The lawsuit concerns U.S. Patent Nos. 10,021,380 and 9,948,922, which pertain to technologies related to faster state transitioning for continuous adjustable 3deeps filter spectacles using multi-layered variable tint materials.

The lawsuit was filed on August 21, 2023, but this time in the Southern District of Miami. VDPP, LLC's original complaint includes a demand for a jury trial and seeks relief from patent infringement.
