The patent relates to the treatment of non-metallic sucker rods, made of metal, particularly tom the method of reclamation of used rods already used in the mechanical deep-pumping extraction of oil.  The method of remanufacturing of standard length rods includes subjecting used non-metallic sucker rods to a destructive pull test.
