Ramey & Schwaller clients Pension Advisory Group and Paul Hinson are pleased to announce that the Court of Appeals for the 13th District of Texas Denied Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company and David Smith's Motion for a Rehearing, clearing the way for a trial on claims that Defendants defamed Plaintiffs in the conduct of their business.  Barring other dilatory maneuvers, the action will go back to the 343rd Judicial District Court in Aransas County, Texas for trial before the Honorable Judge Janna Whatley under cause number A-12-0179-CV-C.
