Ramey LLP has filed a patent infringement lawsuit on behalf of its client, Mesa Digital LLC, against NUU, Inc. The complaint was officially filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division on November 27, 2024.

The lawsuit centers on the infringement of U.S. Patent No. 9,031,537, which relates to an "Electronic Wireless Handheld Multimedia Device." The patent covers innovative technology that has significantly contributed to the evolution of wireless multimedia devices.

Mesa Digital LLC asserts that NUU, Inc. has utilized this patented technology without proper authorization, thereby infringing on Mesa Digital LLC's intellectual property rights. Through this lawsuit, Mesa Digital LLC seeks relief for the infringement, which may include damages and other remedies as provided by U.S. patent law.
