Ramey LLP has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against US Mobile, Inc. on behalf of Mesa Digital LLC. The case was filed on November 27, 2024, in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, Manhattan Division.

The lawsuit centers on U.S. Patent No. 9,031,537, which covers technology related to electronic wireless handheld multimedia devices. This technology represents significant developments in mobile device functionality and capabilities.
