Ramey LLP's client, MESA DIGITAL LLC, has filed a lawsuit against CONSUMER CELLULAR, INC. over infringement of U.S. Patent No.  9,031,537. The patent-in-suit relates to Electronic wireless hand held multimedia device. Ramey LLP filed the Original Complaint and demand for a jury trial on behalf of Mesa Digital LLC in the US District Court, Western District of Texas, Midland/Odessa Division on November 25, 2024.
