Ramey LLP's client, WIRELESSWERX IP LLC, has filed a lawsuit against ZIPLINE INTERNATIONAL, INC. over infringement of U.S. Patent No.  7,323,982. The patent-in-suit relates to Method and System to Control Movable Entities. Ramey LLP filed the Original Complaint and demand for a jury trial on behalf of WIRELESSWERX IP in the US District Court, Northern District of California on November 26, 2024. 

Ramey LLP will seek relief on behalf of their client through the legal process, aiming to protect WIRELESSWERX's intellectual property rights and address any infringement by ZIPLINE INTERNATIONAL.
