The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) issued a decision on December 7, 2021 denying institution of inter partes review of claims 1-30 of United States Patent Number 9,918,196, owned by Ramey & Schwaller client, Traxcell Technologies, LLC. After considering the evidence and arguments presented in Google's Petition for inter partes review and the Preliminary Response filed by Traxcell, the PTAB found that Petitioner Google did not show a reasonable likelihood that it would prevail in establishing unpatentability of any claim of Traxcell's patent.
