The technology is used in a variety of applications, including driving, sports, and outdoor activities.  VDPP LLC is seeking damages from PHILLIPS NORTH AMERICA, LLC for patent infringement. The company is also seeking an injunction to prevent PHILLIPS NORTH AMERICA, LLC from continuing to infringe on its patent.
