Ramey LLP is representing WristDocs LLC and in this case, WristDocs LLC has filed a legal action against MASIMO CORPORATION.  The infringement of is of US Patent 11,331,015 which covers technology related to a Pulse oximeter sensor. The complaint was filed on July 24, 2023, in the Western District Court of Texas. 

WristDocs LLC is seeking damages from the defendants for the patent infringement. Additionally, the company is requesting an injunction to prevent the defendants from continuing to infringe on its patent.
