RAMEY LLP has filed a new lawsuit on behalf of their client, STASIT LLC, against APPLE, INC.,  LG ELECTRONICS, INC.,  META PLATFORMS, INC., and SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS AMERICA, INC. for infringing on US Patent 8,855,723. The patent covers technology related to Temporal Incoming Communication Notification Management.  

The complaint was filed on July 21, 2023, in the Western District Court of Texas.  Stasit LLC is seeking damages from the defendants for patent infringement.
