Lawsuits have been filed by Ramey LLP on behalf of their client VDPP LLC against GENERAL MOTORS COMPANY,  NISSAN NORTH AMERICA, INC. and TOYOTA MOTOR NORTH AMERICA, INC..  VDPP LLC is asserting that both GENERAL MOTORS COMPANY,  NISSAN NORTH AMERICA, INC. and TOYOTA MOTOR NORTH AMERICA, INC.  have infringed on US Patent 9,426,452, which pertains to Faster State Transitioning for Continuous Adjustable 3Deeps Filter Spectacles Using Multi-Layered Variable Tint Materials.

The complaints were filed on August 14, 2023, in the Western District Court of Texas. VDPP LLC is seeking damages from defendants for patent infringement and is also seeking injunctions to prevent further infringement on their patent.  Click below for further details.
