Ramey LLP is representing WristDocs LLC in this case. WristDocs LLC has filed a legal action against several companies, including Apple, Inc., Garmin International Inc., Google LLC, and Zepp Health Corporation. The lawsuit states that the defendants infringe on WristDocs LLC's patent for a "method and system for creating and displaying a document on a wearable device."  The infringement is of US Patent 9,392,970, which covers technology related to a Biotelemetry system. The complaint was filed on July 24, 2023, in the Western District Court of Texas. 

WristDocs LLC is seeking damages from the defendants for the patent infringement. Additionally, the company is requesting an injunction to prevent the defendants from continuing to infringe on its patent.
