Combat veteran Stephen Seidel sued the New Caney Independent School District alleging that school officials failed to accommodate his post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) under the Americans with Disabilities Act when the school forced him to attend a pep rally. Exploding sounds at the pep rally caused Seidel to black out. Trial is expected to continue for three days.
