Federal law allows the client to recover actual damages, attorneys' fees and statutory penalties. The matter is styled Rajaee v. Design Tech Homes, Ltd. et al., Civil Action No. 4:13-cv-02517 (SDTX, Houston Division, August 28, 2013).
