Ramey & Schwaller has filed new lawsuits in United States District Court- Eastern District of Texas alleging infringement of the claims of U.S. Pat. No. 8,977,284; U.S. Pat. No. 9,510,320; U.S. Pat. No. 9,642,024, and U.S. Pat. No. 9,549,388 for its client Traxcell Technologies, LLC.  The technology involved is for a wireless network, a tuning system in which mobile phones using the network are routinely located.
