Ramey & Schwaller Obtains Appeal Win at Patent Trial and Appeal Board

Ramey & Schwaller filed an appeal to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) for Northern Therapeutics, Inc. regarding the rejection of claims 17 and 40 of United States Patent Application Serial Number 11/696,039 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The PTAB issued its decision reversing the USPTO on July 20, 2016, finding that claims 17 and 40 are enabled by the specification.
