Patent Trial and Appeal Board denies Google’s petition for Inter Parties Review.

Ramey, LLP's client Traxcell Technologies secures decision denying institution of Google's petition for Inter Parties Review.   

On July 11, 2022, the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board declines to institute Google LLC's attempt to invalidate Traxcell Technologies, LLC's US Patent No. 10,820,147.

The decision by the USPTO details:

“… (W)e conclude that the information presented in the Petition does not establish a reasonable likelihood that Petitioner would prevail in showing that at least one of claims… is unpatentable.”  The Patent Trial and Appeal Board's determination on whether to institute an inter partes review is final and non-appealable pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 314(d).    Click below to view full document.
