Ramey LLP has filed a patent infringement lawsuit on behalf of its client, Flick Intelligence LLC, against Adobe Inc. The lawsuit was filed on August 19, 2025, in the Western District of Texas, Midland/Odessa Division.
The lawsuit centers on U.S. Patent No. 9,459,762, titled “Methods, Systems and Processor-Readable Media for Bidirectional Communications and Data Sharing.” This patent covers innovative technology designed to facilitate secure and efficient two-way communication and data exchange—capabilities that are increasingly essential in today's digital ecosystem.
In its Original Complaint and demand for jury trial, Flick Intelligence LLC seeks relief for Adobe's infringement of the patent. The lawsuit highlights Ramey LLP's ongoing commitment to protecting the intellectual property rights of innovators and ensuring that patented technologies receive the legal safeguards they deserve.
