LINFO IP Defends Data Organization Patent in Lawsuit Against Blenders Eyewear and Soludus

Ramey LLP has filed a patent infringement lawsuit on behalf of their client, LINFO IP, LLC, against Blenders Eyewear, LLC and Waimate B, LLC, doing business as Soludus. The lawsuit, lodged in the Western District of Texas, Midland/Odessa Division, centers on the infringement of U.S. Patent No. 9,430,131.

The patent in question, U.S. Patent No. 9,430,131, protects a “System, Methods, And User Interface For Organizing Unstructured Data Objects.” This patent covers innovative technologies related to the organization and management of unstructured data.

The Original Complaint and demand for a jury trial were officially filed by Ramey LLP on behalf of LINFO IP, LLC on February 17, 2025, in the Western District of Texas, Midland/Odessa Division.
