RAMEY LLP has announced that its client, LINFO IP, LLC, has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against DYLN, INC. and TEXAS HILL COUNTRY OLIVE CO. The legal action, filed on March 13, 2025, in the Western District of Texas, Midland/Odessa Division, is regards to the infringement of U.S. Patent No. 9,430,131.
The patent at the center of this dispute covers a "System, Methods, And User Interface For Organizing Unstructured Data Objects," representing significant intellectual property in data organization technology.
Through this lawsuit, LINFO IP seeks to address the unauthorized use of its patented technology and protect its intellectual property rights. The company aims to obtain appropriate relief through the legal system and ensure proper enforcement of its patent rights against the named defendants.
