RAMEY LLP has announced that its client, LINFO IP, LLC, has initiated legal proceedings against VEDDER HOLSTERS, LLC, citing infringement of U.S. Patent No. 9,430,131. The lawsuit was filed on March 10, 2025, in the Middle District of Florida, Ocala Division.
The patent in question protects a "System, Methods, And User Interface For Organizing Unstructured Data Objects" - innovative technology that LINFO IP claims VEDDER HOLSTERS has used without proper authorization.
This legal action represents LINFO IP's commitment to defending its intellectual property rights. The company is pursuing this case to address the patent infringement by VEDDER HOLSTERS and seek appropriate relief through the court system.
"Intellectual property represents a significant investment for technology innovators," a spokesperson noted. "This case underscores the importance of respecting patent rights in today's competitive business environment."
The lawsuit, now in its early stages, will determine whether VEDDER HOLSTERS' practices have indeed infringed upon LINFO IP's patented technology.
