Ramey LLP has filed a lawsuit on behalf of its client, LINFO IP, LLC, against AirPlantShop.com, Inc. This case involves the infringement of U.S. Patent No. 9,430,131, which covers systems, methods, and user interfaces for organizing unstructured data objects.

The Original Complaint and a demand for a jury trial were officially filed on January 23, 2025, in the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division. Through this legal action, Ramey LLP seeks to protect LINFO IP's intellectual property rights and obtain relief for patent infringement.
