Ramey LLP has filed a patent infringement lawsuit on behalf of its client, Mesa Digital LLC, against Dell, Inc. The case was filed on September 2, 2025, in the Western District of Texas, Midland/Odessa Division, and includes a demand for a jury trial.
The lawsuit involves U.S. Patent Nos. 10,182,144 and 9,646,444, both of which cover innovations related to an “Electronic Wireless Hand Held Multimedia Device.” These patents protect technologies that enable advanced handheld multimedia capabilities—an essential part of today's mobile and computing environments.
Through this action, Mesa Digital LLC seeks to enforce its patent rights and address Dell's infringement. By pursuing the case, Mesa Digital aims to ensure its proprietary technologies remain protected and that its innovations are respected in the marketplace.
