On September 8, 2025, Ramey LLP filed the Original Complaint and demand for a jury trial on behalf of Mesa Digital LLC. The case has been filed in the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division, a jurisdiction well-known for its expertise in handling complex patent litigation matters.
