VDPP LLC Challenges Roku in Patent Infringement Lawsuit

The original complaint and demand for a jury trial were filed in the Northern District of California, San Jose Division on August 16, 2024. VDPP LLC is seeking relief from ROKU, INC. for patent infringement and to protect its intellectual property rights.
