The lawsuit concerns two patents:

U.S. Patent No. 9,699,444, titled “Faster State Transitioning for Continuous Adjustable 3Deeps Filter Spectacles Using Multi-Layered Variable Tint Materials.” This patented technology relates to innovations enabling faster state transitioning for adjustable stereoscopic viewing spectacles using advanced variable tint materials.

U.S. Patent No. 9,716,874, titled “Continuous Adjustable 3Deeps Filter Spectacles for Optimized 3Deeps Stereoscopic Viewing, Control Method and Means Therefore, and System and Method of Generating and Displaying a Modified Video.” This invention covers systems and methods to optimize stereoscopic viewing experiences through continuous adjustment of 3Deeps filter spectacles and associated control technologies.
VDPP, LLC's original complaint includes a demand for a jury trial and seeks relief for the infringement of these patents by Clarius Mobile Health Corp.
